10W Three-Phase AC-DC for Industrial Systems

Mornsun has announced the LO10-26D0512-04L three-phase three wire or four wire ultra-wide input, open-frame 10.92W power supply The dual-output LO10-26D0512-04L is designed for use in applications such as smart utility meters. It can operate with any two-wire connection from three-phase three wire power or from a four-wire system.

The LO10-26D0512-04L operates with ultra-wide input voltage of 57- to 528-Vac (80- to 745-Vdc), which meets the requirements of 380/220Vac nominal voltage of three-phase four-wire system and any two wires connection from three-phase four-wire system. It delivers dual outputs of 5.1Vdc at 1.2A and 12Vdc at 0.4A. It features an operating temperature range of -40 to +70 degrees C (full power is delivered from 0 to + 60 degrees C and derates linearly to 80% at -40 degrees C and to 70% at 70 degrees C). The LO10-26D0512-04L has a calculated MTBF of greater than 300khrs at 25 C per MIL-HDBK-217F.

The converter offers 4000Vac isolation (input-to-output and output-to-output), provides protections such as short-circuit protection (hiccup, continuous, self-recovery), over-current protection and over-voltage protection and meets IEC/EN61000 standard of “EFT (±4kV), surge (±2kV) and CE/RE meets CISPR22/EN55022 CLASS B”. Therefore, LO10-26D0512-04L is suitable for applications in which has higher requirement for isolation and EMC performance, e.g. three-phase four-wire electric meter. Customization is acceptable.
