Xantrex Technology Inc. (Burnaby, BC) has extended its standard warranty for its PV Series from one year to five years. For customers who want additional coverage, the company is introducing new extended warranty packages, which provide the option to purchase 5-year or 10-year extensions to the standard warranty for a total of 10 or 15 years of coverage.
Xantrex is also introducing a premium service offering called the Performance Guarantee, which can run concurrently with the standard warranty or for 10-year and 15-year total coverage periods. The Xantrex service packages offer additional protection against the costs associated with unforeseen repairs.
