Valence Technology Inc. (Henderson, NV) announced the resignation of Jay King from the position of CFO in the company. King, who was appointed CFO in April 1999, is leaving to pursue other interests. Valence is seeking to recruit a new CFO and anticipates hiring a replacement in the near future.
"We thank Jay for his contributions to the company during his tenure, and wish him well in his future endeavors," said Stephan Godevais, Valence's president and CEO. "Until a new CFO is named, Tom Concialdi, our controller for the past several years, will assume the duties of CFO on an interim basis."
