TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. (Hillsboro, OR) reaffirmed its forecast of revenue for the quarter ending December 31, 2002, in the range of $71.0 million to $75.0 million, and provided an estimate of earnings per share at break-even to a loss of $0.01 for the quarter.
TriQuint also provided a preliminary estimate of revenue for the first quarter of 2003, stating that it expects revenue to be up by approximately five percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2002, and up by approximately 20 percent over the first quarter of 2002. TriQuint stated that its revenue would be seasonally down by approximately 10 percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2002. TriQuint is projecting an earnings per share loss of approximately $0.08.
