TRACO Power North America opened its Silicon Valley office August 1, 2016 to provide increased service levels to a growing customer base throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. TRACO Power, established more than 35 years ago, is a recognized leading designer and manufacturer of dc-dc and ac-dc power conversion products. TRACO Power North America, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TRACO Electronic AG with headquarters in Baar, Switzerland, will support the North American distribution network and support customers directly with both technical and commercial support.

TRACO Power distributes its products through a global network of franchised distributors recognized in the industry for top-level design, stocking and supply chain services. The North America distribution partners include; Sager Electronics, Mouser Electronics, Power Sources Unlimited (PSUI), TRC Electronics, Newark Electronics and Allied Electronics. In addition to inventory at the distribution level, TRACO maintains over $12 million of uncommitted, finished goods inventory available for immediate shipment through our distribution partners.
