(Bedford, MA), which provides products and services based upon a common technology platform to the solar energy and biomedical industries, announced the appointment of James Parslow as Chief Financial Officer. Parslow has over 16 years of financial management and public accounting experience, including financial planning and analysis, internal controls, regulatory compliance, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, gained in high-tech manufacturing and services businesses.
