RFMW Ltd. and XSYSTOR, Inc. have announced a distribution agreement involving universal sequencers, controllers and fast switches to support implementation of Gallium Nitride (GaN) transistors in the latest generation RF and Microwave power amplifiers. RFMW Ltd. is a specialized distributor providing customers and suppliers with focused distribution of RF and microwave components as well as specialized component-engineering support.
Under the agreement, RFMW is franchised for North America, Europe and the Middle East for XSYSTOR controllers and switches. XSYSTOR controllers incorporate voltage sequencers, modulators and voltage inverters to accommodate design alternatives in GaN transistor circuit implementations. Their fast MOS switches provide high current while also protecting and stabilizing the GaN device. XSYSTOR switches and controllers work together, easing the integration of GaN solutions for RF power amplifiers.
