Pacific Fuel Cell Corp. (Tustin, CA) announced the appointment of Isao Nakagawa, chairman of NOAH International Group, as a consultant to the company. Nakagawa recently purchased Pacific Fuel Cell common stock in a private placement.
Pacific Fuel reported that it is excited about Nakagawa's involvement and expects that he will provide invaluable advice and contacts as the company quickly moves forward to commercialize its proprietary fuel cell technology.
