Power systems provider, The Alpha Group, announced the acquisition of the assets of Mitra Innovations S.A., described as one of Europe’s pioneering innovators in power conversion technologies. The newly renamed Belgium-based company (formerly known as Mitra Energy & Infrastructures S.A.), specializes in standard and custom powering solutions for the broadband, transport, medical and industrial markets around the world, and will help The Alpha Group achieve continued growth in the deployment of total power solutions.
