Millennium Cell Executive Appointed Chief Technology Officer

Millennium Cell Inc. announced that Dr. Richard M. Mohring has been appointed to Chief Technology Officer, a newly-created position.

Dr. Mohring has held scientific and leadership roles within Millennium Cell since January 2000, and has had extensive experience with hydrogen storage and fuel cell technologies, particularly with chemical hydride systems. Mohring currently leads Millennium Cell’s technical team of over 25 scientists and engineers responsible for development of hydrogen battery systems. He has served as Principal Investigator on numerous Department of Defense and Department of Energy development programs and subcontracts awarded to Millennium Cell.

He is a prolific inventor and expert in several technical disciplines that are invaluable to our product development. Prior to joining Millennium Cell, Mohring co-founded Pixelligent Technologies LLC, a company that focuses on the development of technology advancements in semiconductor lithography. He currently holds 7 U.S. patents with multiple pending applications.
