Midtronics Acquires Lynai Data; BatteryNet and FacilityWare Products

Midtronics Inc. has acquired the assets of Lynai Data Inc. (LDI) and its BatteryNet® and FacilityWare® data management and reporting automation products.

Midtronics states that the acquisition of LDI will provide it with the resources and capabilities to expand both product offerings, adding value for Data Center, Telecommunications, Power Utility and UPS system users.
