Martek Power, Inc. announced that it has received AS9100:2004 Rev B certification from Underwriters Laboratories. This certification standard takes ISO 9001:2000 and nearly 100 additional requirements specific for ensuring quality components for the Aerospace Industry.
The AS9100 standard was established by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) for the purpose of achieving significant industry improvements in quality and safety, and reductions in cost throughout the value stream.
Martek designs, develops, and provides custom, complete power solutions in addition to standard power supply lines. Power supplies are manufactured in AS 9100:2004 Rev B. and ISO 9001:2000 certified facilities in the USA, France, U.K., Mexico, China and Tunisia.
