iWatt Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

iWatt, Inc. announced today that Don Devost has joined the company in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Devost, who has more than 15 years experience in the semiconductor industry, brings significant financial management and expertise that will be instrumental in furthering the growth of the company.

Devost joins iWatt from Analog Devices where he served most recently as Director of Finance and Operations for the World-wide Sales Division of Analog Devices. Prior to that, he held various product line controllership positions and managed the cost accounting function for the company's largest manufacturing location in Wilmington, MA. Previously, he worked for IBM Microelectronics in financial planning.

Don's strong financial background and proven track record in supporting critical business decisions will be vital to building a world-class company."

Devost holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management.
