The 10th European Conference on Power Electronics and Applications (EPE 2003) will be held September 2-4, 2003, in Toulouse, France. EPE 2003, organized by the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, will be held at the Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis.
