Engineering Thermoplastics 2001 to Be Held April 30 - May 1

The second annual Engineering Thermoplastics 2001 Conference will be held from April 30 through May 1, 2001, in San Diego, CA at the Sheraton Hotel and Marina. The conference will cover the commercial and technical aspects of the plastics market, bringing together business leaders from material suppliers, processors and OEMs.

The program includes sessions on the recent trends in product design, compounds for developing technologies, supply chain innovation, and new resins for portable electronics. In addition, there will be discussion on the design and production of electronic devices and the evolution of next-generation devices.

Speakers include Dr. Cynthia Hougum, from GE Plastics, Mark Schireson, from DSM Engineering Plastics, Kevin R. Quinn, from LNP Engineering Plastics, and many others. The program includes morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, which will feature exhibits by the conference sponsors, including PolyOne, RTP, Solvay, Ticona and more.
