Energy Conversion Devices Inc. (ECD, Troy, MI) has named William M. Wicker, currently senior vice president of Texaco (White Plains, NY), and James R. Metzger, currently vice president and chief technology officer of Texaco, to ECD's board of directors.Texaco is a strategic partner with ECD in the global energy market.
