American Power Conversion Selected by Conectiv Solutions for Power Protection

American Power Conversion Corp. (APC, West Kingston, RI) announced that Conectiv Solutions LLC, which offers a broad array of electricity, gas, telecommunications, heating and cooling solutions, has selected APC as its preferred brand for power-protection products and services.

Conectiv Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Conectiv that develops customized energy solutions for large commercial and industrial customers, will sell APC's line of surge protectors and UPSs. Conectiv serves more than 1.1 million commercial, industrial and residential customers in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
