Agile Systems Announces Chris Butlin as VP of Engineering

Agile Systems Inc. announced the appointment of Dr. Chris Butlin as Vice President of Engineering. In this role, Dr. Butlin will assume leadership for all research and development activities related to the engineering and design of Agile's entire family of products.

Chris Butlin has over 25 years experience in various engineering roles across a variety of industries, including Life Science, Aerospace, Transportation and Packaging. He joins Agile after serving as the Director of Corporate Engineering for MacDonald-Dettwiler and Associates of Vancouver B.C where he provided leadership to the engineering and R&D functions of the corporate facility and its subsidiaries. Chris has a Ph.D from Imperial College, University of London in Control Engineering and an undergraduate degree from the University of Bath in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
