Wordsworth Technology Launches ACE-932AP Power Supply

Wordsworth Technology (UK) has launched the new ACE-932AP ac-input industrial PS/2 power supply, which it claims meets all the relevant safety and EMI requirements for European markets. Operating from -20 to 70 degrees C, the ACE-932AP accepts a universal ac input of 85 to 130V or 180 to 265V, switching automatically between the two ranges. Rated outputs are 5V at 33A, 12V at 8A, -12V at 3A, -5V at 0.5A.

Specifications for the new system include an inrush current up to 30A at 230Vac, and less than one-percent ripple and noise on each output at rated load. The sytems feature less than ±one-percent line regulation for each output, over 68-percent efficiency and an MTBF of over 124,000 hours. Over-voltage, short-circuit and overload protection are standard.
