Valence Technology Intros New VLNC 2590 Battery Pack

Valence Technology Inc. (Austin, TX), a leader in the development and commercialization of Saphion™ technology and lithium-ion polymer rechargeable batteries, announced its new VLNC 2590 battery pack, which features two independent 12 V sections, with separate protection electronics and capacity gauges. The pack can be used in many applications, including military, medical, electronics, telecommunications and various other industries.
The pack design can also be manufactured in other sizes and voltages to meet customer requirements. The Saphion-based lithium-ion batteries offer reliability and high cycling capacity; up to 2,000 cycle life.
