Team Up Electronic Debuts New Tantalum Capacitors

Team Up Electronic Co. Ltd. (China) introduced the company's new surface-mount, epoxy-molded tantalum capacitors, which feature capacitance values ranging from 0.1µF to 220µF, and are claimed to have a high resistance to vibration and shock. The devices are suitable for use in automotive electronic circuits, as well as PCs, telecommunications and other surface-mount electric circuits.

Rated for operation over the temperature range of -55 to +125 degrees C, the components are available in voltages of 3V, 4V, 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 20V, 25V, 35V and 50V, and in case sizes of 3.2mm x 1.6mm x 1.6mm, 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 1.9mm, 6mm x 3.2mm x 2.5mm, and 7.3mm x 4.3mm x 2.8mm.
