Tamura Presents 160W Power Supply for Low-Profile/1U High Applications

Tamura Corp. introduced the AAD160 series of triple and quad output switching power supplies that offer 160W of tightly regulated power in a compact package that measures only 5.00 x 3.14 x 1.25" – making it well-suited for low profile/1U high applications. Each output offers a wide range of factory set-points allowing thousands of possible output combinations.

The AAD160 power supplies feature universal ac input (85~264 Vac/47~63Hz) with Active Power Factor Correction for EN61000-3-2 compliance and consist of two independently regulated main outputs, substantially improving cross regulation performance. Remote Sense and Power Fail functions combined with over-current and over-voltage protection circuits provide reliable performance within Industrial, Datacom, Networking, and Telecom applications.

Current Share and Inverted Status/Control signals are standard options. All models are RoHS compliant, qualified to UL60950-1/CSA 22.2 60950-1-03/BAUART EN60950-1 Safety Standards, offer CB Reports (IEC60950-1) and bear the CE Mark (LVD). Emission levels meet EN55022 (Level B)/FCC Part 15 Class B standards.
