Quantum Devices Intros FMM5815GJ-1 Power Amplifier

Fujitsu Quantum Devices Ltd. (Japan) introduced the FMM5815GJ-1 power amplifier monolithic microwave IC (MMIC) that provides a typical gain of 20dB and is designed for radio-link applications in the 17.7GHz to 19.7GHz frequency range. Manufactured using a 0.257µm PHEMT process, the MMIC has an input power of 22dBm and produces an output of 31dBm. The 15mm x 12mm x 3.5mm device operates from -40 to +85 degrees C and has an I/O designed for use in 50-ohm systems.
