Power Partners Releases 75W Constant Current IP67 Rated LED Power Supplies for Street Lighting
Power Partners introduced the PIL75U-C Series for outdoor lighting applications, including street lights and wide area lighting. The total power rating is 75W, with output current ratings ranging from 350 to 5000mA. Models with an optional dimming control are also available.
According to the company, the PIL75U-C boasts the industry’s widest input range of 90-305Vac and the design incorporates high PFC, meeting the requirements for EN61000-3-2. Ratings are up to 92%, allowing for full output power over an operating temperature range of –35 to +70°C.
The PIL75U-C Series is housed in a compact, yet rugged, aluminum enclosure, rated to IP67 waterproof standards, making them suitable for harsh environments in municipal, industrial, or commercial outdoor lighting applications.
Comprehensive overvoltage, over temperature, and short circuit protection is inherent in the design. Lightning protection is also a feature of the PIL75U-C Series. All of Power Partners LED power supplies are safety approved to the latest lighting regulations of UL8750 and EN61347, bear the CE Mark, and are RoHS compliant.
