Positronic Introduces Combo-D Power Contacts For Use With Size 6 AWG Wire

Positronic has introduced its CBD series of Combo-D connectors, which it claims should offer lots of combinations. The CBD series offers power, shielded, signal, high voltage, air and thermocouple contact options. A wide variety of variants and accessories are available.
The connectors offer power contact options for use with size 6 AWG wire. These new power contacts have a low contact resistance of 0.0003Ω maximum per IEC 512-2, Test 2b. Current ratings range up to 110A per contact per U.L. 1977. The connectors are suitable for applications up to 450Vac.
