New Products Sep 14, 2003 by Jeff Shepard

Ningxia Xingri Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) launched its CA Series of solid-state, tantalum, electrolytic capacitors that are composed of axial leads, a sealed metal case, and an insulation sleeve. With high stability, low leakage current and a long life expectancy, the capacitors meet the GB9583-88 standard.

The product operates with 1µF to 470µF at 6.3V, 0.68µF to 330µF at 10V, 0.33µF to 220µF at 16V, 0.33µF to 100µF at 25V, 0.22µF to 68µF at 32V, 0.22µF to 47µF at 40V, 0.22µF to 22µF at 63V, 0.22µF to 4.7µF at 75V, or 0.047µF to 3.3µF at 100V. Operating between the -55°C to +125°C temperature range, capacitance tolerance is ±10% or ±20%. The products are offered in 2.3mm x 8mm, 5mm x 12mm, 6mm x 14mm, 8mm x 14mm, and 8mm x 22mm packages.
