Minglifa Optoelectronic Products Features New Diodes

Shenzhen Minglifa Optoelectronic Products Co. Ltd. (China) introduced the company's new industrial laser diodes that are offered in a standard TO-18 package and feature a 5.6mm diameter. The diodes deliver 650nm visible light output, and operate with low threshold current, low astigmatism, high reliability and a wide temperature range. The devices are easy-to-operate and offer an extended life cycle.
The operating temperature ranges from –10 to +70 degrees C. At a 3V operation voltage, the operating current is from 40mA to 100mA, while the threshold current is 30mA to 60mA. The laser diodes feature an optical power ranging from 5mW to 30mW, with a reverse voltage of 2V, and a PD reverse voltage of 30V.
