Micro Analog Systems Oy Intros MAS9160 Regulator

Micro Analog Systems Oy (Finland) introduced its new MAS9160 LDO regulator, which is offered in a CSP casing that measures 1.4mm x 1.7mm. The device features a 0.65mm profile and is targeted for use in telecommunications and wireless applications.

The regulator combines two LDO devices, each with an output of 150mA. Each also has its own enable and disable, allowing them to be turned off or on separately. The regulator operates from a 6V supply over the temperature range of -40 to +125 degrees C. The regulator is also claimed by the company to offer low crosstalk, 60dB ripple rejection and 30µVrms of noise.
