Megatone Electronics Releases CR Series Resistors

Megatone Electronics Corp. (Taiwan) released its CR Series of carbon-film resistors, which are rated at 1/16 W to 3 W, and are available in resistances ranging from 0.1 Ω to 10 MΩ. The devices have tolerance ratings of ±2 percent or ±5 percent, and meet the requirements of MIL-R-11 standards.

Other features include a working voltage of 200 V, 250 V, 350 V, 500 V, or 600 V; a withstand voltage of 400 V, 500 V, 700 V, or 1 kV; TCR of 350 ppm (0.1 Ω to 100 kΩ), -700 ppm (100 kΩ to 1 MΩ), or 1,500 ppm (>1 MΩ); and an operating temperature range from -55 °C to +155 °C.
