Locking High-Amperage Overmolded Power Plugs

Switchcraft, Inc. has developed IP rated and mechanically robust overmolded locking high-amperage plugs. These custom products have been thoroughly tested in the Switchcraft laboratory for thermal shock, corrosion, insulation resistance and operating temperature. Our customers have the assurance of receiving a superior product.

Features and benefits include: Available in two ergonomic design styles: straight and right angle; Durable 360 flex cable strain relief with alternate solid strain relief; Sealed to IP68 when mated with corresponding Switchcraft sealed power jack, S10 series only.

These plugs: Accommodates cable O.D. up to 0.276" (7mm) nominal; are available with or without lock ring; are RoHS compliant; can be ordered with customer logo option available; and Overmold style available for sealed and standard plug fingers. Applications are expected to include mobile equipment, outdoor lighting, wet outdoor environments, power supplies, mobile medical instrumentation, and marine applications.
