Lipers Releases M Series Chip MLCCs

Lipers Ent. Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) released its M Series of chip MLCCs that are available in 0603 (0201), 1005 (0402), 1608 (0603), 2012 (0805) and 3216 (1206) case sizes. The devices have a rated voltage of 6.3 V to 50 V and offer capacitances ranging from 2.2 nF to 0.1 mF (Y5V) -20% to ±80% or 100 pF to 100 µF (X5R/X7R) ±10%. The MLCCs are available in reel packages.
