Jumbotek Releases SMT Transient Voltage Suppressors

Jumbotek Advanced Technologies Inc. (Taiwan) released its surface-mount, multi-layer, ceramic transient voltage suppressors, which are suitable for ESD protection in high-speed signal transmission applications. Available in footprints of 1608 (0603) or 1005 (0402), the devices feature ultra-low capacitance, fast response time and low leakage current.

The lead-free devices are rated at 18 V, and withstand non-repetitive surge current ranging from 15 A to 30 A. The transient voltage suppressors feature nickel or tin end termination and comply with IEC 61000-4-2 requirements.
