Innergie Introduces Compact Universal AC Power Adapter & USB Auto Adapter for Travel

Innergie announced the introduction of its new mCube Slim universal adapter, a super compact power adapter and the mMini DC10 auto adapter capable of charging any two USB devices simultaneously. The two new adapters join the family of Innergie products designed to provide users with ways of reducing the number of power adapters needed to charge all their mobile d evices including mobile phone, laptop computers, and iPhone/iPod/iPad.

The mCube Slim is well suited for business travelers with limited luggage space while reducing the excessive weight of transporting multiple chargers. Both products will be available through select retail outlets in North America, or directly through Innergie.

Measuring smaller than an iPhone, the new mCube Slim is a super compact power adapter that truly represents an all-encompassing, universal power adapter and received a 2010 International Forum (iF) design award in Hanover, Germany. A built-in slide switch enables safe charging between 15 and 21V output, which represents nearly all common laptop computers on the market today. The mCube Slim also allows simultaneous charging of a laptop and other portable electronic devices, including any USB device. Business travelers and other mobile users will appreciate the adapter’s built-in surge protection feature and RTCA aviation certification for safe use on planes. As with all Innergie power adapters, the mCube Slim provides extremely high power efficiencies to reduce energy costs.

The new mMini DC 10 is an ultra compact USB auto adapter designed to charge any two standard USB devices at the same time while in your car or in the airplane. The adapter fits in the palm of your hand, thus quite easily and safely in the car’s glove box. The mMini DC 10 provides 10W of power and includes a built-in surge protector to protect your electronic devices from damage due to unstable voltage, and can simultaneously charge your iPhone and iPad for greater convenience while on the road.
