Huagong Tech Announces MZ8 Series Thermistors

Huagong Tech Co. Ltd., Gaoli Electronics Branch (China), presented its new MZ8 Series of PTC thermistors, which are rated at 12A/250V, but can withstand up to 375V, allowing the devices to be used in compressor motors and automobile and telecommunication applications. The devices have a resistance of 20 ohms and dissipate <2.5W. They feature a maximum response time of 0.5s and a maximum recovery time of <90s.
