High Frequency SineWave Filters

MTE Corporation, an SL Industries company, today announces the introduction of its new High Frequency SineWave Guardian™ motor protection filter. High frequency motors are gaining use in various commercial and industrial applications due to its improved energy efficiency and energy density. Energy savings could be further enhanced when used in conjunction with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). The SineWave Guardian high-frequency filter delivers unequaled performance in cleaning the pwm waveforms generated by VFDs at switching frequencies from 4.8 kHz to 8 kHz, which are suited for high frequency motors.

The 380V to 480V High Frequency SineWave Guardian also offers incredible reliability and durability up to 15,000 feet. It is more efficient and tolerates higher ambient temperatures making it ideal for a variety of applications. Its modular design and smaller footprint make it easier to integrate and install.
