Go Forward Intros GPF2004FD Power Supply

Go Forward Enterprise Corp. (Taiwan) introduced its new GPF2004FD 200W switching power supply, which is designed for use in liquid-crystal display televisions and panels, and point-of-sale terminals. With four outputs, the product has a universal ac input voltage, power-saving function, and protection for over-voltage, over-power and short-circuit latch-off protection.

Featuring an input voltage of 100Vac to 240Vac, the device has a current of 5A/110Vac or 2.5A/220Vac; a frequency of 50Hz/60Hz (47Hz to 63Hz); and an efficiency of 78% at full load. Mean time between failure is >50,000h, line regulation is ±1%, load regulation is ±5%, cross regulation is ±5%, hold-up time is 16ms at 115Vac full load, and rise time is 100ms at full load.

With an output voltage of 24V, the maximum load is 5A, the minimum load is 0A, and the ripple and noise is 240mV. For an output voltage of 22V, the maximum load is 1A, the minimum load is 0A, and the ripple and noise is 200mV. For a 12V output voltage, the maximum load is 3A, the minimum load is 0A, and the ripple and noise is 120mV. With an output voltage of 5VSB, the maximum load is 4A, the minimum load is 0A, and the ripple and noise is 50mV.
