Excel Semi Releases 1N5711/1N6263 Schottky Diodes

Excel (Suzhou) Semiconductor Co. Ltd. (China) released its 1N5711 and 1N6263 Schottky diodes that are rated at 70 V, 15 mA. A guard ring at the PN junction protects the metal-on-silicon Schottky barrier. The products are suitable for use in MOS devices.
