April 18, 2002 by Jeff Shepard

Dongguan Golden Field Co. Ltd. (China) introduced the new titanium alloy 395 switching power supply, which offers an output of 330W and provides over-current, over-voltage, over-power and short-circuit protection.

Fully compliant with the ATX 2.03 standard, the device has six large and three small plugs, including a four-pin ATX 12V and a six-pin additional plug. It has a layer of copper gilded on the surface, two large gilded radiators, two 470µF filter capacitors and a 606 bridge-type rectifier. The power supply also has a changeable explosion-proof cartridge fuse link and double intelligent temperature control cooling fans. The second fan is positioned under the power supply and right over the CPU to accelerate airflow.
