Daqing Zhenfu Debuts CSC-4 Series of Supercapacitors

Daqing Zhenfu Scientific and Technological Information Co. Ltd. introduced the new CSC-4 Series of super capacitors, which feature a claimed energy density 30 times greater than that of aluminum electrolytic capacitors, enabling them to be used as a battery in miniature electronic devices. The capacitors can be charged up to 95 percent of their rated capacity in 10s, and offer a lifespan of up to 100,000 charging cycles. The devices also withstand high over-voltage and exhibit high safety and reliability.

Offered in dimensions of 13.5(ø) x 6.5mm to 28.5(ø) x 16mm, the capacitors are available in capacitance values of 0.022F, 0.047F, 0.1F, 0.22F, 0.47F, 1F or 2F with voltage ratings of 3.3V or 5V. Maximum ESR is between 15 ohms to 220 ohms, while maximum leakage current is between 0.02mA to 3.3mA.
