Cosel USA Inc. (San Jose, CA) recently launched its ACE Series of modular power supplies. 450W and 650W units are now available. All main units have a built-in noise filter, an active filter and a fan unit. Two to five types of output modules are available per unit, with choices of 2V, 3.3V, 5V, 7.5V, 12V, 15V, 18V, 24V, 34V and 48V available. The maximum total output power is 450W.
Features of the series include optional dc input power, isolated remote on/off, output-voltage adjustment, a fan alarm and dc good signals. In addition, forced-air cooling is available. The power factor is typically 0.99, and the operating temperature ranges from -20 to 70 degrees C. All units come with a three-year warranty.
