Coils Electronic Debuts LEX/LEL Transformers

Coils Electronic Co. Ltd. (Hong Kong) debuted its new line of matching audio transformers, which have a dielectric strength of 1,500Vrms (between primary and secondary), and a primary impedance of 600 ohms and a secondary impedance of 600 ohms.

The LEX14-003, LEL16H-003, LEL19H-003 and LEL25H-003 transformers feature a power level of 2dB, 3dB, 5dB and 7dB; a primary dc resistance of 115, 85, 75 and 40 ohms; and insertion losses of 2dB, 1.5dB, 1.5dB and 1dB at 1kHz. Return losses are 4dB, 15dB, 16dB and 10dB, respectively, at 300Hz to 3.4kHz. The LEX14-003 and LEL16H-003 have a primary and secondary inductance of 1.7H at 1kHz/0.1V, while the LEL19H-003 and LEL25H-003 devices have 1.5H.
