Chenyi Electronics Offers SF20X Series Rectifiers

New Products Jul 17, 2002 by Jeff Shepard

Chenyi Electronics Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China) presented the SF20X Series of rectifiers, which offer a peak reverse-voltage of up to 400V and feature a fast recovery time, a high surge-current capability and high reliability, making the devices suitable for use in switching-mode circuits. The rectifiers are available with peak reverse-voltages of 50V (SF201), 100V (SF202), 150V (SF203), 200V (SF204), 300V (SF205) and 400V (SF206).

The devices have an average forward current of 2A and a peak forward-surge current of 50A. The maximum instantaneous forward voltage is placed at 0.95V (SF201 to SF204) or 1.25V (SF205 and SF206), while maximum reverse-recovery time is 35ns. The rectifiers are rated for operation from -65 to +125 degrees C and use a UL 94V-0 flame-retardant and a JEDEC DO-15 molded-plastic body with sizes ranging from 2.8(ø)mm x 5.6mm to 3.8(ø)mm x 7.6mm.
