Central Semiconductor Corp. (Hauppauge, NY) announced the release of the CMKSH-3DO dual-opposing polarity, ULTRAmini, schottky diode in the six-lead, SOT-363, surface-mount package, which consists of two individual galvanically isolated diodes with opposing polarities. The CMKSH-3DO features a low forward-voltage drop of 0.45V maximum and is perfect for hand-held or portable electronic devices requiring a high-speed switching or voltage-clamping application.
The CMKSH-3DO is available bulk-packed or on 7in tape-and-reel. Pricing starts at $0.24 each for 3,000 pieces on a 7in reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
