Central Semiconductor Corp. (Hauppauge, NY) announced the release of six new DUAL ULTRAmini transistors packaged in the SOT-363 surface-mount case. The new devices include the CMKT2222A, CMKT2907A, CMKT2207, CMKT3904, CMKT3906 and CMKT3946.
Designed to reduce circuit board size while retaining the same functionality as CMXT Series devices in the SOT-26 package, the new devices have a nominal profile of 0.9mm and are SUBONE certified, featuring a profile of less than 1mm.
The six devices are available in bulk pack or in 3,000 pieces on 7in tape-and reel. Pricing starts at $0.16 each for 3,000 pieces on a 7in reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
