Celetronix Offers New ZVC90 Adapter Power Supply

The Power Products Division of Celetronix USA Inc. (Simi Valley, CA) released its new Z Series ZVC90 external adapter power supply which is part of the company's EOS brand Z Series of external power supplies and adapters ranging in power from 20 W to 220 W. The ZVC90 offers nearly 7 W/in³ and is up to 92% efficient at converting ac wall power to dc power that drives multi-media chip sets, microprocessors, disk drives, DVDs, displays, and other electronic components and equipment.

The ZVC90 weighs 10 oz compared to competing 90 W adapters at 1 lb to 2 lbs. The ZVC90 power supply is available in all popular dc voltages and currents, including 12 V, 15 V, 19 V, 24 V and a 48 V version for telecommunications product applications. Additionally, the ZVC90 has a universal ac input of 90 Vac to 264 Vac, meets all major industry safety specifications, and has a reliability rating of over 100,000 hours mean time between failure.

The ZVC90 family of products is available for ordering now, and delivery early next year.
