Capacitors Industrial Debuts CA Series Capacitors

Shenzhen Capacitors Industrial Co. Ltd. (China) announced its new CA Series of solid tantalum capacitors, which offer a leakage current of 0.02CRUR at 20 degrees C, making them suitable for use in military equipment, telephones and PCs. The components also offer a leakage current of 0.2CRUR at 85 degrees C and 0.25CRUR at 125 degrees C.
Available in case sizes from 3.2mm x 8mm to 8mm x 22mm, the series have capacitance values ranging from 0.1µF to 470µF, with voltage ratings of 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 32V, 40V, 63V, 75V and 100V. At temperatures >85 degrees C, they have corresponding derating voltages of 4V, 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 20V, 25V, 40V, 50V and 63V.
