AVX/Kyocera Releases TCJ Series Chip Capacitors

AVX/Kyocera (Singapore) released its TCJ Series of chip tantalum capacitors, which are suitable for mobile phones, personal digital assistants, digital cameras, and other portable electronics applications, and have a capacitance range of 10 µF to 0.1 mF. The RoHS-compliant surface-mount devices can withstand reflow soldering processes and can operate in temperatures up to 125 °C.
