Ault Announces PW117 SMPS Family

Ault Inc. (Minneapolis, MN) announced the introduction of its new 6W to 12W universal switch-mode power supply family, the PW117. The CE-compliant, desktop-style PW117 is available in nine models, ranging from 3V to 48V with an input voltage of 100Vac to 240Vac. The PW117 comes in one configuration with an IEC320-C14 (with ground), and with a second configuration of an IEC320-C8 (no ground). Each model in the family complies with EMI/RFI regulations.

Measuring 3.35in x 1.81in x 1.30in, the PW117 is compact and and weighs only 4.8oz. To reduce product design-to-safety approval cycle time, the PW117 family has TUV EN60950, UL1950, Australian Approval and MITI T-Mark safety approval ratings.

The product will be priced based on volume requirements and desired customer modifications.
