Allguy Offers HT Series NTC Thermistors

Allguy International Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) announced its HT Series of high-stability and low-cost NTC thermistors, which feature high thermal cycle endurance, and require no adjustment between the control circuit and the sensor. The devices have a B-value of 3,100 K to 4,665 K, as determined by a rated zero-power resistance at 25 °C and 85 °C.

Rated for operation between the -50 °C to +110 °C temperature range, the high-performance, thermal-sensing device ensures temperature precision of ±0.3 °C, and can be applied for accurate temperature control compensation. The devices have a dissipation constant of 2 mW/°C, a thermal time constant of 15 s in air, and a power rating of 10 mW to 15 mW at 25 °C.

The HT Series is available in all R/T curve materials.
