Acute Power Unveils QBR Series DC/DC Converters

Acute Power Inc. (Attleboro, MA) announced its new QBR Series of quarter-size dc/dc converters, which provide 125W of power or 25A of current with industry-standard compatible pin assignments.

The QBR Series measures 2.30in x 1.45in x 0.34in and features an operating temperature range from -40 to +100 degrees C, voltage accuracy (typical) of ±1 percent, line regulation of ±0.2 percent, voltage trim of ±10 percent, 1,500Vdc isolation, 110W/in cubed power density, a 0.34in converter profile and 90 percent efficiency.

The QBR Series are designed to meet high-efficiency/high-density requirements. Open-frame and enclosures with full potting packages are also available with international safety approvals.
